Praise God, All Creatures: A Doxology for Children

All creatures declare His worth!

The doxology has been recited or sung by Christians since the late 17th century and is frequently one of the first hymns introduced to children. Praise God, All Creatures builds upon these familiar words and celebrates the many reasons for all creation to praise the Father, Son, and Spirit.

While learning the words to a beloved hymn, children will delight in the joyful illustrations and will be encouraged to join the creatures on the page—from land and sea and air—as they praise the God who made them.

Although Praise God, All Creatures is for children ages 0-6, the poetry is written to be read and reread by young and old and in-between. It’s a book that all Christians—regardless of their tradition—can read, enjoy, and recommend. “Let everything that has breath praise the LORD” (Romans 150:6)!
