Quench your thirst with 35 recipes for deliciously refreshing spritzes, including highballs, sodas, and mocktails.
Spritz cocktails have become a popular choice for anyone seeking a refreshing and vibrant drinking experience. Originating from Northern Italy, these fizzy concoctions typically combine sparkling wine such as Prosecco with a bitter Italian "amaro" such as Aperol, Campari, or Cynar, finished off with splash of soda water and served long over ice. The result is a drink that effortlessly combines effervescence, bitterness, and zestiness in each delicious sip.
While the original recipe for the Aperol spritz remains beloved, mixologists have now put their own spin on this style of cocktail, experimenting with different variations from tangy citrus-based spritzes to fruity and floral combinations, creating an endless array of options to suit every taste preference. Making a spritz cocktail or mocktail at home is easier than you may think. Here you will find recipes to inspire and delight, from Italian classics such as the Sbagliato, to modern twists like the Porch Drinking Negroni and more experimental creations, including a White Soy & Watermelon Spritz.
