Written for learners across the world, this course enables all children to start and sustain a lifelong journey with maths. The Nelson Maths series includes Pupil Books, write-in Workbooks, and Teacher Books. Assessment support, eBooks and parent notes are also available on Oxford Owl. The Pupil Books now include ''Think and share'' features, encouraging children to work together and communicate mathematically. Each lesson provides clear explanations of the target concept with worked examples, along with a variety of practical, spoken and written activities to consolidate learning. Mathematical thinking and problem-solving skills are actively encouraged, with dedicated activities throughout each level. Direct links to the pupil Workbooks enable further practice, extension and consolidation of skills, and termly review sections support teachers in assessing progress.
