My eldest daughter, Anna, was unexpectedly diagnosed with scoliosis in May 2010, aged 14 years. I wrote this book to help other parents with children who have been given a scoliosis diagnosis, understand what could happen to them in terms of tests, surgical intervention and subsequent recovery.
