Overview
First Book Of Trumpet Solos is arranged and edited by John Miller and John Wallace with piano accompaniment, and provides a broad selection of musical material - spanning almost 500 years - for players with little or no experience of the instrument. It takes the trumpeter from his or her very first lesson up to a standard equivalent to Associated Board Grade 4. The pieces are arranged in order of increasing difficulty, with essential skills introduced in a carefully planned progression making this a valuable component to any teaching method.
