Overview
Heinemann Active Maths'' Activity Photocopiable Masters contain hundreds of motivating activity sheets designed to support the teaching outlined in the Teacher Activity Cards, and get children actively involved in their learning.
The activities include:
- Game Board activities that get children working in pairs or groups, strengthening their collaborative and Talking and Listening skills.
- Challenge activities that support and extend children’s learning.
- Learning Logs to use with children for self and peer-assessment.
Heinemann Active Maths is an activity-led maths programme created specifically for Scottish Primary schools, with the Curriculum for Excellence and Active Learning at its heart.
